Actually, I'm not going to write anything about the mighty falling. I work in a place with a lot of negativity and the last thing I want to do when I get home is talk about more negative things. Now, of course, when Obama is not reelected, I'll have very happy things to say about the mighty falling. Ha ha! (That was my triumphant laugh, not my humorous laugh) Anyway, I've been issued a challenge at work and I'm going to accomplish it. I work for a property management company in an apartment community and my boss wants me to rent 7 apartments by Friday. If I do, I can take Saturday off to have the whole 4th of July weekend free from work. I can do it, I know I can! Ha ha! (triumphant laugh again)
My story writing has slowed down a bit, but it's progressing. I find battle scenes boring to write and yet I've chosen to write a story about a war. Hm, not great planning on my part, I'll admit. Oh well. Maybe I'll hire a ghost writer to go back and add all the stuff I didn't want to write. Brilliant, yes? I know.
I've been watching "Lie To Me" a show about the science of reading emotions on people's faces and using it to spot lies. I think it may be one of the most fascinating things I've ever watched. If I wasn't so exceptionally unobservant, I think I would have liked to go into a field like that. As it is, I'm a horrible judge of personality and couldn't tell a lie from Jacob's Ladder. It's kinda depressing actually. I wish I could read people.
Not a whole lot else right now. I've procrastinated on a couple important things, so what else is new? And...Tah Dah!
